Chainlink CCIP Powers New FHE Privacy Bridge From Mind Network

Quick Take

Summary is AI generated, newsroom reviewed.

  • Mind Network and Chainlink officially launched an FHE privacy bridge built using the secure, cross-chain messaging system CCIP.

  • The bridge enables computations on encrypted data (FHE), allowing validators to confirm transactions without viewing the sensitive content.

  • Mind Network committed 3% of its native token supply to Chainlink service providers and stakers as part of the collaboration.

  • The technology creates a foundation for agentic AI and confidential on-chain computing across sectors like RWA and institutional finance.

Chainlink and Mind Network are taking their collaboration to the next level. The two teams have now launched a new Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) privacy bridge powered by Chainlink CCIP. This upgrade allows users to send encrypted and confidential messages across blockchains without exposing sensitive data. The announcement marks a major technical step forward. What started as an ecosystem partnership has now turned into a deep infrastructure-level integration.

Both projects say the goal is simple. They want to make privacy a real feature of Web3, not just a promise. Mind Network shared that its journey with Chainlink moved from early support to full technical fusion. The new bridge brings together FHE’s encrypted computing power with CCIP’s secure cross-chain messaging system.

Mind Network first joined the Chainlink Build program in early 2023. At the time, the goal was to grow inside the Chainlink ecosystem and gain access to technical guidance. Chainlink was also listed as a strategic partner when Mind Network raised its early funding round. To strengthen that relationship, Mind Network committed 3% of its native token supply to Chainlink service providers and stakers.

That commitment is now live through Chainlink Rewards Season 1, where eligible LINK stakers can claim Mind Network’s FHE token. This move aligned both incentives and infrastructure. It also prepared the ground for deeper engineering work. Over time, the focus shifted from community support to privacy technology that could run at scale across multiple chains.

How the New FHE Bridge Works With CCIP

The new FHE Bridge officially launched as a core Mind Network product built on Chainlink CCIP. Its job is simple in theory but powerful in practice. It allows users to transmit data and instructions across blockchains while keeping all sensitive information encrypted. Unlike traditional encryption, FHE allows computations to happen directly on encrypted data. This means validators can confirm transactions without ever seeing the actual content.

At the same time, CCIP handles secure cross-chain delivery of those encrypted instructions. In simple terms, users get privacy in three stages. Data stays encrypted when it moves. It stays encrypted when it sits and it even stays encrypted while it gets used. This setup removes one of the biggest risks in Web3 today. That risk is exposing sensitive data during cross-chain activity.

Building the Base Layer for AI and Private Web3 Activity

This upgrade goes beyond user transactions. Mind Network says the FHE Bridge also prepares the foundation for agentic AI and confidential on-chain computing. AI systems rely on private data. But blockchains are public by design. FHE helps solve that conflict. With this setup, AI agents can now process encrypted data and still act across multiple blockchains securely. Chainlink CCIP gives those agents a safe way to move and execute. Meanwhile, FHE lets them “think” without leaking sensitive information.

This matters for several fast-growing sectors. These include real-world assets, institutional finance, AI automation and private micropayments. Any system that needs privacy and cross-chain movement can now use this architecture. For both teams, the message is clear. Privacy is no longer optional. It is becoming core infrastructure. With this new bridge, Chainlink and Mind Network are positioning themselves at the center of that shift.
