On May 30, Hooked Protocol launched its Uni-Certs Program in Vietnam. This marks the world’s first university-certified Web3 education program. Vietnam becomes the first country to pilot this academic Web3 initiative. The program brings blockchain, Web3, and AI learning into accredited university settings. Workshops will be hosted at three major Vietnamese universities in 2025. Students will gain hands-on experience and earn blockchain-backed certifications. The launch follows Hooked’s successful UniTour Vietnam in 2023. 

dFusion AI joined Hooked 2.0 to support students as an intelligent learning assistant. Hooked aims to blend research-based education with real-world blockchain skills.
