Ripple Price Prediction from $2 to $100 — How Much XRP Do You Need to Be a Millionaire?

The early April downturn hit the entire crypto market after the trade war intensified, and XRP also declined below $2. However, since then, the price has started climbing again and is now trading near the $2.7 level. Since the XRP price surged above $3 last year, the XRP token has mostly been trading above $2. As such, with a show of persistence, investors now have more confidence in the future of XRP. As such, now some crypto analysts have provided bullish XRP price predictions, which project new all-time highs for XRP.

One bullish XRP price prediction by crypto analyst Dr. Cat suggests that XRP reaches $4.5 even in a bearish market. Additionally, there are also other crypto experts who have provided reaffirming bullish predictions. Another crypto expert named EGRAG Crypto has projected that XRP will hit the $5 price point. This crypto analyst also provided the variables that need to be met for XRP to surge to a new ATH. XRP needs to close above $2.24, $2.30, $2.47, and $2.70 to start a rally and reach $5.

Can XRP Price Surge to $10 by 2030? Ryan Lee Thinks So

We also have some XRP news from market veterans like Bitget Chief Analyst Ryan Lee. He has projected a few different bullish scenarios for the XRP token, with the max marking $10. However, the time frame that he suggests XRP could reach $10 is a bit later than that of other analysts. Ryan Lee believes XRP will hit this price goal in 2030, whereas market analyst Cas Abbé marks the current cycle. Although these targets are very bullish, they do not meet the expectations of some investors. 

How Much XRP Do You Really Need to Become a Millionaire?

For example, some investors are holding 2,000 or 3,000 XRP tokens and expect to become XRP millionaires. This could happen over the next 20 or 30 years; however, at least till 2030, it is an unrealistic expectation. For example, the price of XRP sees a near 500% surge, and you are holding 2,000 XRP. In this scenario, your investment is now worth $20k, so how much XRP is needed to become a millionaire? If you want to become a millionaire, you’ll need 100K XRP tokens.

Based on Table 1, you can still wait for the XRP price to surge to $100 in 2040. But even then, you can only become rich, not an XRP millionaire. If XRP hits $100 and you are holding 3,000 tokens, then you would have $300K. Even this amount makes you rich in some countries, and in others, it would be the cost of an ordinary house. As mentioned before, the very bullish predictions, which also present logical reasoning, only target $10 for the medium term. As such, if nothing special happens, then XRP will not likely hit higher than $10 in the next few years. 

What Would Happen If XRP Hit $100 per Token?

It is also good to consider that the current biggest cryptocurrency has a $1.5 trillion market capitalization. XRP has a total supply of 100 billion tokens, which leads to a $2 trillion market cap at a $20 token valuation. Additionally, if the XRP token price surged to $100, its market capitalization would become $10 trillion. However, you don’t need to be discouraged, as even if these targets are not met, the future of XRP is very bullish. Additionally, the top crypto coins have performed above-average profits in the long run. As such, make sure to keep updated with the market movements and news, and you won’t see unnecessary losses.
